Our Japanese Section
The Japanese Section at ISM Madampe was established in April 2015 in collaboration with Beppu Mizobe Gakuen College, Japan.
Our section is led by Mr. S. M. Rajitha Sandaruwan, who has lived in Japan since 2012. He is a proud graduate of Beppu Mizobe Gakuen College and currently works in Japan as a tour operator and certified Japanese language translator.
Through his experience and strong connections with Japanese institutions, we provide comprehensive support and trusted guidance for students who wish to study, live, and succeed in Japan.

April 2026 intake: our students entered Japanese language schools and universities in 8 cities — Tokyo, Tochigi, Chiba, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Ōita and Beppu.
Katsuya Sensei from Fukuoka East Asia (Japan) visited ISM Madampe and met our students preparing for higher education in Japan, together with their parents.
September 2026: Nanako Sensei from Beppu Mizobe Gakuen College visited ISM Madampe and held a special seminar on Japanese writing and culture for our students.
October 2026: more than 25 students who completed their visa process for the October 2026 intake attended our COE certificate ceremony with their parents, before leaving for Japan.

April 2027 intake — Fukuoka: a Japanese language school in Fukuoka where, after your visa is approved, you pay only 6 months’ tuition instead of a full year in advance. Open to students who have studied Japanese for at least 3 months and can read and write Hiragana and Katakana. Limited to 20 seats.
